Leaving a Legacy

We’re thrilled to be working in partnership with local solicitor APT Legal who have offered a will writing service with face to face appointments to make or update their Wills.

Like all charities, we rely on donations from the general public and our membership to enable us to continue to enhance and protect the work we have done for over 60 years. We have 80+ tramcars in our collection from the earliest form of horse drawn tram through to the most advanced all electric tramcar of the first-generation trams, as well as support / maintenance vehicles.

While there is no obligation, we kindly hope you might consider leaving a gift in your Will to The National Tramway Museum, to help support our incredible work for future generations.

APT are also offering paid legal advice, where, in return, they will donate 15% of their legal fees from these instructions directly to us here at Crich.

Appointments can be held in person or via Zoom to suit your needs.

Making a Will is one of the most important things you can do for your loved ones – and now, you have the opportunity to also make a difference to a cause close to your heart.

If you’re interested in making a Will or want to discuss your options, simply get in touch with APT Legal to arrange an appointment, quoting the National Tramway Museum.

At the end of each month, they will update us with the number of Wills completed and the total amount raised through paid services – so you can see the real impact of your support.
