Mon 16th June @ 11:00 am - 3:30 pm
Event Navigation

The Manchester Historic Vehicle Club (MHVC) is centred around the Manchester area and was founded in 1967 for older cars of all makes and vintages and will be visiting Crich Tramway Village today.
Their members (200+ cars) vary widely from small 500cc cars such as a Vespa and a Messerschmidt 3 wheeler, through to lots of mid range cars such as Austins, MGs, Rileys & Allards, through to Rolls-Royces & Bentleys.
The group organise a wide variety of events, mostly (but not all) car related – think social runs out (like this trip to the Crich Tramway Village), an annual informal concourse show, monthly luncheon club meets (mostly in winter), an annual dinner, monthly meets and of course club attendance on our own stand at many of the North West car and vintage shows.
Although they do a lot, they state that they do not offer competitive motoring events through the club.
They produce their own bi-monthly club magazine for members, detailing upcoming events and some reports on just completed events as well as features on particular cars.
They welcome other like – minded classic & vintage car owners and admirers to join them, and offer full membership for only £25 per year.
For further information, please check their Facebook page or website (search for MHVC) or contact their friendly membership secretary, Alex, on 07860678807. They meet in the Wilmslow area during winter months, but in the rest of the year they are out and about.
