Continuing with the #LoveYourRailway #Sustainability theme, it may be stating the obvious, but looking after our historic tramcars is at the core of our museum’s work. To ensure that our operational fleet stays in good order, our conservation workshop staff and volunteers work hard to carry out regular maintenance on the trams. This is in addition to the multiple restoration projects going on.

When you visit Crich, you can watch our workshop team at work from the upper-level viewing gallery.
